* net/tramp-sh.el (tramp-sh-handle-start-file-process): Use "&&"
instead of ";" in order to avoid additional prompts.  Let heredoc
scripts read from tty.  (Bug#16582)
(tramp-send-command): No special handling of heredocs, it isn't
necessary anymore.
